• Details you provide: full name, email and phone in the join form, and whether you consent to receive marketing emails and calls.
• Membership details: contact details, membership plan, billing history and correspondence with us.
• Payments: payment is made with a payment processor. Card details are entered with the processor and are not stored in full by us; we receive a transaction confirmation and partial details to identify the card.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type and basic usage logs, for security, fraud prevention and running the service.

3. How we use the information

• To get back to you after an enquiry or a request to join.
• To provide the service, manage membership and billing, and give customer support.
• To send operational messages about your membership (for example a sign-in link to the personal area or a billing notice).
• To send marketing emails and make marketing calls, only if you have consented.
• To secure the service, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

4. Marketing emails and calls

We will send you marketing emails and call you about marketing only if you ticked the consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time: through the unsubscribe link in every marketing email, by contacting us by email or phone, or by asking a representative during a call.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers working on our behalf, and only as needed: cloud hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, messaging and calls, and payment processing. We will also disclose information where the law requires it.

6. Where information is stored

Information is stored on servers in the United States. We use accepted security measures to protect it, including encryption in transit and limiting access to staff who need it.

7. Cookies

The website uses only the cookies needed to operate it, for example to keep you signed in to the personal area. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

8. How long information is kept

We keep information as long as it is needed for the purposes it was collected for, and for a further period where the law requires (for example billing records for tax and accounting).

9. Your rights
